Five construction techniques
Base treatment
If the base surface has defects such as loose drums, excessive sand, dust, cracks, and water accumulation, etc. , should be processed in advance.
First wet the base surface with plenty of water or paint it with an interface treatment agent to ensure a strong bond.
Construction method
Mix the two components in a certain proportion, stir with an electric mixer to make them uniform without clumping particles, and then apply it on the base surface with a roller or brush in the up and down direction.
After the first coat is dry, apply the second coat, usually ~ once.
Six construction points to note
In order to achieve good waterproofing effect, the following special situations should be paid attention to during construction
If there are cracks on the base surface, a layer of anti-crack glue can be applied to the cracks. Leakage must be plugged using our company's rapid water-proof sealant. Cracks in important buildings can be treated with caulking sealing materials.
The yin and yang angles should be made into rounded corners, such as the base surface and the protruding structure.
If there are yin and yang angles, gutter flashing, pipe roots and other parts, first apply paint once, and immediately paste fiberglass cloth to enhance its toughness.
It is not suitable to construct in temperatures below zero or in rain or snow. It is not suitable to construct in a particularly humid and non-ventilated environment, otherwise it will affect the film formation.
The waterproof coating should be used as a protective layer outdoors and in parts that are easy to touch and step on. The construction of the protective layer must be carried out after the waterproof layer is completed.
When waterproofing the basement, it cannot be immersed in water immediately after the waterproof coating is completed. It must wait until the waterproof layer solidifies and has a certain strength before being immersed in water.
7 Storage, Transportation and Packaging
Liquid materials must be stored in a cool place above ℃, and powder materials should be placed in a dry place. Please note that the shelf life of moisture-proof and sun-proof products is one month.
The powder of this product is packed in composite bags, and the liquid is packed in plastic barrels.
